The Armoring Process And Facility

The vehicle armoring process involves several precise stages aimed at enhancing protection and security to the highest possible standards. Here are the main steps of the armoring process:
Vehicle Disassembly: The armoring process begins with the careful disassembly of the vehicle, where all interior and exterior panels, as well as trim parts, are removed with great care. These parts are securely packed to ensure their safety during the armoring process.
Components Installed: After disassembly, ballistic steel plates are installed, welded, and overlapped meticulously to create a protective shell around the vehicle's structure, ensuring high-level protection against potential threats.
Doors Reinforced: The doors are reinforced with ballistic steel, along with strengthened hinges to enhance durability and strength, making them capable of withstanding extreme force and pressure.
Ballistic Glass: Multi-layered bullet-resistant glass is installed, designed to absorb the energy from bullet impacts and prevent penetration, providing additional protection for the vehicle's occupants.
Suspension and Brakes Altered: Composite inserts (run-flats) are installed, along with reinforced suspensions and brakes, to ensure the vehicle's stability and efficiency under harsh conditions.
Engine Bay Reinforced: The engine bay, including the fuel tank and battery compartments, is reinforced with armor plating to protect vital parts of the vehicle from damage.
CNC Machine Usage: A CNC profile cutting machine, along with bending and testing machines, is employed to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, power, and reliability in manufacturing. This guarantees maximum output of armored vehicles from the factory.

Premium Raw Materials

Premium raw materials are the foundation of high manufacturing quality in the armored vehicle industry. The armoring process relies on the use of exceptional quality materials, such as ballistic steel and bullet-resistant glass.

  • Hardened Ballistic Steel
  • All steel is cut and is designed and patterned according to the exact contour of the vehicle. Armor is installed using a proprietary process to provide an OEM interior finish and superior protection coverage.

  • Ballistic Glass
  • We uses high-quality, lightweight glass-clad polycarbonate to provide exceptional protection against repeated impacts. This advanced material is designed to withstand multiple hits.
